Order and pay

You can place an order with us by clicking on the desired book or webinar. You then enter your contact and address details and choose one of our payment options (iDeal or credit card). As soon as you click the order button “Order and pay!” click, the order has been placed and you also have a payment obligation.

Prices include VAT and (where applicable) shipping costs (within the Netherlands).

When shipping abroad, €5 shipping costs will be charged.

After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us.


Delivery

Once we have received your book order, we will usually ship the order within five working days. We work together with PostNL.

We do not charge shipping costs.

Webinars are sent directly via email to the email address provided.


Right of withdrawal

If you purchased the book as a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can revoke the agreement without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the book. If your order is delivered with multiple deliveries, the period starts on the day after receipt of the last book.

You have the option to complete the European model form, but are not obliged to do so.

You can review the books just as you would in a physical store, so you can browse through them, for example. But if the assessment goes beyond what is necessary, you are liable for any resulting depreciation.


Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive a refund of the purchase price as soon as possible, but in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

After you have informed us that you wish to revoke the agreement, the order must be returned to us within 14 days. You can return the order at your own expense to the address below:

Warranty and complaints
Our books are of good quality. But was the book delivered damaged? Or do you encounter problems when watching a webinar? Please contact us so that we can find a solution together. We aim to answer your message within one or two working days. For urgent questions, please contact us by telephone.
